Shane Austerman

Shane provides strategic oversight of the Finance and Accounting functions for Stamats. He has 15+ years of experience in finance with a diverse background that includes personal and commercial banking, consumer goods, educational services, higher education and corporate management. Shane earned his BA in finance with a minor in economics from the University of Northern Iowa. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in management and finance from the University of Wisconsin White Water. Shane spent seven years in banking and consumer goods, and seven years in finance within higher education, culminating as the Chief Business Officer and Controller at a private liberal arts college. Outside the office, you’ll find Shane spending time with his wife and two kids, working, or advocating for and supporting people with PKU.
